Early 1900's Vintage French Realistic Portrait Drawing of Lady in Pearls Wearing Fur, Charcoal on Paper

This gorgeous vintage piece from the early 1900's heralds from a recent curation trip to Paris. The quality of lines, attention to detail and texture of the paper makes this drawing one of our most coveted pieces. She is a quintessential example of figurative French portraiture in the manner of Classicism in the early 1900s. Her delicate and stoic gaze is mesmerizing as highlighted through the eloquent strokes of this portrait. Surprisingly, she has very few imperfections given the years of storage and shows only the minor aging or imperfection as can be expected from an antique of this age. Despite this, she is a work of beauty! The classic laid paper is watermarked with "MBM made in France" and "Ingres D'Arches", heralding from one of the most historical paper mills in France. This piece is in very good condition, showing only natural signs of slight aging and wear as noted in the the photos below.
