How is my order shipped?

All artwork is sent via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please note that all shipments are based on dimensions and weight – so please consider prior to purchasing. 

All artwork is shipped in 14-21 days depending on the order details. Once orders are placed we will begin your custom mats and/or framing needs. Shipment timeframes are calculated based on stock availability of mat and frame materials. We do our best to get everything out to as quick as possible! We know purchases are exciting! Should you have needs for an expedited order, please contact the studio directly at cory@provenance-studio.com

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unfortunately due to the unique and individual nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Should your work get damaged in the shipping process, please send all photos within 24 hours to cory@ provenance-studio.com for assistance.

Do you offer Framing and Matting

We are more than happy to custom frame or mat to your needs. Please contact us directly for options – cory@provenance-studio.com

Can I rent artwork from you?

Yes. We are happy to rent out artwork for your current project needs. The current rate is 20% of the artwork purchase price for a term of 7 days. If you need longer, contact us to discuss.
