David Lan-bar (b.1912) is a Russian born artist from France who is internationally exhibited and collected. He is a listed artist who's work is frequently realized at auction. Known for his abstract/expressionistic works in form and color, Lan-Bar was affiliated with the Artists Association of Jewish Eastern European Emigres, known as the Second Ecole de Paris. His work is currently in collections of The Smithsonian American instiute of Art, MOMA in New York and The Art Institute of Chicago. The work is in wonderful shape showing little signs of wear or aging other than slight fading of the paper.
This piece comes ready-to-frame with a 4" custom acid-free mat and acid-free backing.

All artwork is sent via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please note that all shipments are based on dimensions and weight – so please consider prior to purchasing.
All artwork is shipped in 14-21 days depending on the order details. Once orders are placed we will begin your custom mats and/or framing needs. Shipment timeframes are calculated based on stock availability of mat and frame materials. We do our best to get everything out to as quick as possible! We know purchases are exciting!
